So I’ve recently fallen back in love with liquid lipstick. I love how long wearing they are for work days and the matte look they give for this time of year. Combine this with the fact that I’m getting into deeper lip shades after years of worrying that my lips were too small to be able to pull them off, you’ll get to this post – an Autumnal liquid lipstick haul. I’m so excited to push myself out of my comfort zone and wear these shades all season long. Life is too short to not wear whatever lip colours you want! So, onto the shades I picked up…

Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Budapest and Copenhagen – I have tried this formula before and really liked it from what I can remember since it doesn’t dry 100%. Copenhagen is one of their popular shades that looks like a fab shade for Autumn due to the berry tone. Budapest is more of a deep, rosy mauve lip option that is more wearable and a shade I could wear all year round.

Nyx Lip Lingiere in Teddy – This shade is probably the most out of my comfort zone as a brown shade but I am still excited about it. It does require a bit of building, otherwise it will look kinda patchy – but that doesn’t bother me too much. I have heard good things about the Lip Lingiere formula from NYX so I’m excited to give this a proper test.

Swatches L-R: Nyx Budapest, Nyx Copenhagen, Nyx Teddy, Ofra Verona, Ofra Mocha, Ofra Miami Fever, Ofra Havana Nights

Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Verona, Mocha, Miami Fever and Havana Nights – I am soooo excited about these liquid lipsticks from Ofra! After hearing everyone rave about these online I finally caved and picked up a few shades. Verona is more of a brown whilst still being nude and wearable. Mocha is a rosy-pink nude that I didn’t really need but couldn’t resist! Miami Fever and Havana Nights were purchased not only because they seemed like fab options for Autumn, but also because they were collaborations with one of my faves on YouTube, Kathleenlights. Miami Fever is the very autumnal because it reminds me of pumpkins (without being too orange) and Havana Nights is a brick-red that is dramatic whilst being easy to wear.

Once I have given these a try and properly tested them I will give you guys some reviews of my fave shades/formulas. I am so excited to be pushing myself out of my comfort zone this Autumn with deeper shades and to be back on the liquid lipstick train!
